Family plan: how it works

In short

The family plan is for a family (or small group) that receives enough letters to justify a monthly subscription.

• €14.90 per month, VAT included
• 10 analyses per month, recharged on the 1st of the next month
• 4 linked emails drawing from the same pool
• No rollover: unused analyses don't add up
• Cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal

How to activate

1. Go to /en/prezzi and click "Family plan"
2. Enter the email that pays
3. Confirm payment on Stripe
4. Receive 10 analysis credits on your email immediately

Adding other emails

After activating:

1. Go to /account/pagamenti
2. "Linked emails" section
3. Add up to 3 additional emails (4 total)
4. Each linked email gets a welcome magic link and can start analyzing from the shared pool

Linked emails share the single pool of 10 credits per month. If your spouse uses 4, 6 remain for the other 3 users.

Who pays, who sees what

• Only the subscriber sees the invoice/receipt and can change card or cancel
• Linked emails see their own analyses in their history, not others'
• Mutual privacy: your son doesn't see your collection notices, you don't see his payslips

When monthly credits run out

The 11th analysis of the month is blocked with a notice: "Monthly credits exhausted". Two options:

• Wait for the 1st of next month (credits auto-recharge)
• Pay €2.90 extra for that single analysis

Cancellation

Go to /account/pagamenti → Customer Portal button → "Cancel subscription". Cancellation:

• Is immediate if before next renewal
• Existing credits remain usable until the end of the paid period
• No penalties, no questions asked

FAQ

Can multiple people in the family pay with the same card?+

No. One card = one subscription. The family plan exists precisely to avoid managing multiple separate subscriptions.

Can I change linked emails after a few months?+

Yes, anytime from the Customer Portal or account section. Analyses already done by the removed person stay in their personal history.

Is VAT included in the price?+

Yes, €14.90 is the final price VAT included.
