How we got here.
The milestones that took decifra-burocrazia.it from an intuition in front of a registered letter to today's open beta. All verifiable, no made-up dates.

DoneA letter, and an idea.
One morning I open a registered letter and don't understand a word. I spend two hours on the phone to get to the answer. I think there has to be an easier way, even for people without the right contacts or the time.

DoneFirst prototype.
I start experimenting with an AI engine to extract structured information from a photo or PDF. The first prompt does decent work on a test tax bill.

DoneNavigable site.
Landing, pricing, use cases, mocked analysis flow. The visual identity takes shape, forest green and terracotta palette. Still no Stripe and no database, but the site has a form.

DoneProduction deploy.
From here every change is visible in minutes on decifra-burocrazia.it.

DonePayments and AI engine live.
Card payments are now secure and the AI starts answering for real. Phone upload, compression and PDF assembly all transparent to the user.

DoneNew features added.
Email reminders 7 days before deadlines, one free analysis without account, free or paid follow-up. The result page is polished, glossary and colour PDF arrive.

DoneOpen beta with first testers.
We open up to a small group of friends and family to test the product on real documents. We add a feedback channel inside the site and a dedicated guide for testers.

Donedecifra-burocrazia.it domain.
We move the site to its final domain, keeping the Vercel subdomain as a fallback. Opening to the general public.

We're working on serving non-Italian speakers more deeply, and on broadening the network of supported documents. New use cases on the way. We are here.
