What is a PEC draft and how it works

What the service does

After getting an analysis on a document, you can request a personalized PEC draft on that document. Cost: €4.

We generate it in 30 seconds and send it by email with:

• PEC subject recommended
• Body, fully personalized with your document data (protocol number, document code, amounts, dates)
• Recipient suggested (placeholder, because exact PEC address varies by office)
• Suggested attachments to include (ID copy, payment receipt, etc.)
• Operational notes before sending

What is a PEC

PEC (Posta Elettronica Certificata, certified email) has legal value equivalent to registered mail in Italy. You use it to:

• Request installment plan from the authority
• Formally challenge an act (autotutela)
• Request clarifications that you want documented
• Request suspension of an enforcement action
• Send documents in a formally opposable way

No paper, no certified post: you write from your PEC provider (Aruba, Legalmail, etc.) and send.

PEC types we generate

When you activate the draft, choose from 7 types:

• Installment plan: request installments for a debt
• Challenge: formally challenge the act
• Clarifications: ask explanations on a specific aspect
• Document transmission: attach documents supporting your position
• Autotutela: ask authority to annul/correct the act in self-protection
• Suspension: ask to suspend enforcement (e.g. car immobilization, garnishment)
• Other: any other purpose you describe in a free note

What we don't do

• Don't send the PEC for you. We only generate the draft. You copy-paste in your PEC provider and send.
• Don't sign documents for you. The signature is yours (electronic signature of your PEC provider).
• Not a judicial appeal: for court oppositions you need a lawyer.

Do you have a personal PEC?

Yes, every Italian citizen can have one (free with Aruba via @postacertificata.gov.it after registration, or paid ~€5/year with Aruba, Legalmail, Postecert).

Without a personal PEC, our draft isn't useful for you. PEC is the channel, we just prepare the message.

Payment

Single €4 payment via Stripe. No subscription, no recurring costs. One paid PEC = one generated draft. To generate PEC on another analysis you pay again.

Limits

• One draft per analysis: after generating, if you want to change type you pay again
• Italian only: PEC is an Italian legal instrument, draft is generated in Italian
• Length: typical draft 200-400 words. Never more than 1500.
